Shipping Policy

Purpose: This shipping policy explains delivery regions, estimated times, shipping methods, costs, and customs responsibilities for InventoryVisit orders.

Delivery Regions & Options

We ship to UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the United States. Shipping options include Standard, Express, and Courier pickup (where available). For other countries, contact business@inventoryvisit.com for custom arrangements.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery from shipment date (subject to processing time): UAE: 1–5 business days; Saudi Arabia: 3–8 business days; US (international): 7–21 business days. These times are estimates and can vary by courier and customs delays.

Shipping Costs & Free Delivery

Shipping costs vary by weight, dimensions, and destination. Free delivery promotions (where shown) apply per banner/offer and to eligible products only. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties and import taxes may apply at destination. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. InventoryVisit is not responsible for customs delays.

Order Processing & Tracking

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. Use the Track Order feature on the Returns & Orders page to check status.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Inspect deliveries on receipt. If damaged, refuse delivery or retain photos of packaging and contact support immediately. For lost shipments, we will investigate with the courier and assist per our Refund & Returns Policy.
